Vylūnė and Curtis bring over 50 years of combined leadership and international business experience to Trinitas Coaching. Working in Fortune 500 companies in the Oil and Gas industry and serving state and private international banking institutions, Vylūnė and Curtis’ global experience provides a strong foundation for Coaching at all levels in a corporate business environment. Both are trained and certified International Coach Federation (ICF) Coaches.

- More than 20 years of management and executive experience in state and private international banking institutions as well as Vilnius City in Lithuania.
- As a leader and as a coach, Vylūnė has a strong belief in human potential and seeks to expand upon the potential of each individual utilizing an approach of curiosity and discovery.
- In a coaching role Vylūnė has a strong relational aptitude with the ability to quickly build a strong bond of trust with her clients. She works from a platform of gratitude and positivity but is not afraid to hold a client accountable to achieve their own established goals and objectives.
- Vylūnė values the elegance of coaching, which fosters a balance between challenging, supporting, and encouraging.
- Integrity, emotional intelligence, compassion, and having a little bit of fun helps her to evoke awareness and facilitate the growth of team members or clients, even during the tougher moments of the journey.
- Vylūnė is a graduate of Vilnius University, Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance as well as a Coaching program certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She considers herself a ‘life-long learner’ and continues to develop her knowledge in the fields of coaching, psychology, relationship development, and self improvement.
- Vylūnė has 2 wonderful daughters. When she is not working you can find her hiking, biking, weightlifting, swimming or keeping an eye at financial markets activities. She loves classical music and likes to discover new cultures and their history through travel.
- Curtis has more than 30 years of management and leadership experience with Fortune 500 companies in the oil and gas and petrochemical industries.
- Global business experience living and working in various countries around the world with leadership positions in the United States, Canada, Russia, and the Netherlands.
- As an executive coach Curtis brings a strong executive presence. Curtis is a truth teller and Clients experience him as sincere, warm, and authentic, someone who genuinely cares and listens well.
- Curtis has a passion for helping people grow through coaching, mentoring, and professional and personal development programs.
- Curtis graduated in 2012 from George Fox University, in Portland, OR, with a Masters degree in leadership along with graduating from Rutgers University’s Executive Coaching program in conjunction with the International Coach Federation.
- Curtis served on various industry boards and as Chairman of the Board of Regents in an academic environment.
- Curtis has 4 wonderful kids and three awesome grandchildren. When he is not working you can find him hiking, biking, at the gym, skiing, or fuelling his passion for construction by building just about anything!
